Airport to celebrate state-of-the-art firefighting facility

ATLANTA – Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL) is holding a ribbon-cutting ceremony for Fire Station 32, the latest addition to its emergency response assets. As one of five Airport fire stations, Fire Station 32 was relocated as part of the T-North Extension project. The facility provides close access to the airfield and Domestic Terminal, thereby reducing response times.  

NOTES TO MEDIA: Security clearance is required to attend this event. To begin the screening process, fill out the registration link by 3 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 17. Parking passes and event access will be provided upon approved security clearance. Please remember to bring government-issued I.D. the day of the event.
